Due to the high demand for our  Shepadoodles and Dachshunds,
the wait can be 4 months  to 1 year or more depending of course on conception rate,
litter size, and where you fall on our waiting list.
Our pups are sold well before they are conceived, Adoption Applications are  recommended!

All deposits received  will be applied to puppies available, or if you would prefer, the upcoming litters for  our 2011  waiting list,
Deposit entitles you to pick pup as your name falls on the list and as one is available.
Sorry!!  No exceptions in fairness to others!!
We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any puppy to any person we feel will not be a suitable home for that puppy.

Payment terms and Warranty

We accept a non-refundable deposit of $100.00.   Sex, Color, Coat Type and litter due dates are not guaranteed. You pick your pup as your name falls on the deposit list - First come first serve. If we don't have the puppy you are looking for, you go to the top of the next available litter. After sending the deposit, should you decide not to adopt a  puppy, you will forfeit your deposit. Remember, the reason for the deposit is to show your commitment to one of our  puppies, if you change your mind the loss of your deposit is your penalty. Please think about it and talk it over with everyone involved BEFORE submitting an application.

The balance is due by the time the puppy is 4 weeks of age. This is to ensure that the checks are cleared and delivery can be scheduled. If you do not get your payment in by this time, you will forfeit your deposit and the puppy will go to the next person on the deposit list.

 For puppies without a deposit that are  purchased after 5 weeks of age, payment in full is required at the time of reservation. If your new puppy is being shipped/ delivered by us, all fees must be paid 2 weeks before delivery. If you would like to go with a different shipping company, that is fine, just let us know your preferences.

Puppies must be paid for in advance. We accept cash, checks or money orders.

We do accept Paypal for deposits.  

I will send a bill to your email address for this if you would like.

If you pay by check, no puppy will be delivered before the personal check has cleared. 

Shepadoodle Payment Plan

Deposit $100.00 Payment Due $750.00 Full Payment $850.00

Puppies are sold in the order of the deposits received to hold.  No puppy will be held without a deposit. All puppies will be delivered by the age of 8 weeks. Be sure you are ready for your new puppy at that time.  If you decide not to purchase a puppy, the deposit will be forfeited and the puppy will be put up for adoption for another family.

We also want to make sure you can take your puppy on the scheduled date of 8 weeks so that we can make room for our new pups coming. We can not hold pups and if have to do so, we must charge a $ 5.00 day for boarding fee. Thanks

Health  Warranty

High Lonesome Ranch extends the following warranties to the buyer named on the sales agreement papers. The Limited Warranty covers your puppy only. We are not responsible for any associated charges such as veterinarian fees. To qualify for this limited warranty you must have your puppy examined within 2 days of purchase/delivery.

This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale. The buyer has a 48 hour guarantee in which he/she is urged to have the puppy checked by a licensed vet. If the vet finds anything seriously wrong (any congenital defects with heart, lung, kidney and any other life-threatening genetic defects found in the initial exam)  with the pup it will be exchanged for a similar pup at once or as soon as one is available. (PROVIDING THAT A LETTER FROM THE EXAMINING VET STATING HEALTH RISK TO INCLUDE DESCRIPTION OF THE SYMPTOMS, SUPPORTING HIS/HER OPINION TO VALIDATE THE GUARANTEE AND THE PUP IS RETURNED WITHIN THE 48 HOUR TIME PERIOD). If buyer does not live locally, he/she is to notify seller within a 48 hour time period to make arrangements for the return of the puppy.  Once the puppy has cleared the initial vet exam it will be understood that seller has provided a healthy pup and that the care of the pup is now in the hands of the buyer. All Transporting/Shipping  is the responsibility of the buyer. No exchange will be made after the 48 hour time period and no vet bills will be refunded.

Puppies can not be guaranteed hip dysphaysia or OCD as it is not always hereditary, can happen falling, jumping, enviornment food etc. However, if pup shows severe signs of a hereditary problem per your vet and our vet prior to two yrs we will replace puppy .This guarantee is for Life threatening conditions such as eyes, cancer and life ending health problems. An original receipt of pups spay and or neuter procedure must be rec'd by 7 months after purchase or all guarantee's are null and void. Puppies are guaranteed for amt of purchase only and if you choose to perform any kind of Vet procedure over and above the amt we can not approve procedure if you choose to keep the puppy, you can take a replacement puppy if there is a signed statement from two vets saying pup or dog has a life threatening problem. Even though we test our dogs and do everything possible to ensure you a healthy puppy things can happen and we want you to know that we only breed good healthy parents.
