ABOUT OUR DOGS

"A dog is the only thing on earth that loves you more than he loves himself" Josh Billings

Lab females    Poodle Females    Miniature Labradoodles   Golden Retriever  German Shepherds

DID YOU KNOW??? Beagles can sense odors that even high-tech equipment can't measure.

"I wonder if other dogs think poodles are  members of a weird religious  cult." -Rita Rudner

Our Poodle

This is  our newest family member.

She is a cream standard poodle and has been bred to Bo our black Labrador. She will have her next litter with Brutus and have F1B standard Labradoodles

CKC Registered

Our German Shepherd

"Maxine" our German Shepherd - she is so smart that by the time she was 3 months old, she would "sit and stay" before her food bowl was put down on the floor in front of her... then wait for Brandon to tell her to "Get it" before she moved a muscle!  Her pedigree is filled with white German Shepherds! She is the runt of the litter and will be the mother of our new line of Shepadoodles -  Poodle and Shepherd. AKC Registered

This is "Buddy", Maxine's son. He is a big marshmallow. Very laid back and loving.

Our  Labs

"Carly" came to us as an 18 month old puppy. She had been living  in a 12x12 kennel with another lab and didn't know the simplest of commands. Now she loves being able to run around our land, but usually stays close to us. She likes to lead us up the driveway when we come home... carrying a stick to guide our way. She has a very calm and laid-back personality... what I call the perfect "fireside" personality... She would look wonderful in a painting of the lab laying by a blazing fire in a house.   She enjoys playing, but is not overly rambunctious.

She has a lot of champions in her pedigree in both field trial and conformation. She is the mother of our standard labradoodles. AKC Registered

"Nestle" is Carly's daughter - She is  Tubby's sister. She has a much more rambunctious personality and is a real go-getter. She loves people, and when she sits for us, her body quivers with excitement. The anticipation for her is what makes life worth living - whether it is waiting for a ball to be thrown, dinner, or just to be petted! Nestle is the mother of the Mini Labradoodles      AKC Registered

MINIATURE LABRADOODLES

"Olive Oil" our miniature Labradoodle.  She will make a great mother to our miniature labradoodle F1B line. She weighs around 36 pounds and is 19 inches tall at the shoulder. She is a loving, fun dog to have around. Very happy and great each day with exuberance!

OUR GOLDEN RETRIEVER

"Sasha" our Golden Retriever the basis of our goldendoodle line: Sasha is very laid-back and a calm quiet dog. She is a good watch dog, only barking at strange vehicles coming up the drive. She has an extremely deep voice, which is always a surprise to hear. She also has the perfect "fireside" personality... Perfect for the larger goldendoodles.  Mariann has shown her in Jr. Showmanship competitions. AKC Registered

DID YOU KNOW??? One of the first formal competitive dog shows was held in Newcastle, Great Britain in 1859 for the pointer and setter breeds.

                                 All grown up

We do not claim that these puppies are AKC show quality which is why we can sell them at a less expensive price!
