Due to the high demand for our Labradoodles and Goldendoodles and Dachshunds
the wait can be 4 months  to 1 year or more depending of course on conception rate,
litter size, and where you fall on our waiting list.
Our pups are sold well before they are conceived, Adoption Applications are  recommended!

All deposits received  will be applied to upcoming litters for  our 2007  waiting list,
Deposit entitles you to pick pup as your name falls on the list and as one is available.
Sorry!!  No exceptions in fairness to others!!

Payment terms and Warranty

Payment Terms

We accept a non-refundable deposit of 1/3 down.   Sex, Color, Coat Type and litter due dates are not guaranteed. You pick your pup as your name falls on the deposit list - First come first serve. If we don't have the puppy you are looking for, you go to the top of the next available litter. After sending the deposit, should you decide not to adopt a  puppy, you will forfeit your deposit. Remember, the reason for the deposit is to show your commitment to one of our  puppies, if you change your mind the loss of your deposit is your penalty. Please think about it and talk it over with everyone involved BEFORE submitting an application.

The balance is due by the time the puppy is 4 weeks of age. This is to ensure that the checks are cleared and delivery can be scheduled. If you do not get your payment in by this time, you will forfeit your deposit and the puppy will go to the next person on the deposit list.

 For puppies without a deposit that are  purchased after 5 weeks of age, payment in full is required at the time of reservation. If your new puppy is being shipped/ delivered by us, all fees must be paid 2 weeks before delivery. If you are going with a different shipping company, you need to follow their rules.

~ Bank check
~ Money order
~ Cash

No credit cards and No personal checks accepted!

I will send a bill to your email address for this if you would like.

If you pay by check, no puppy will be delivered before the personal check has cleared. 

Puppies are sold in the order of the deposits received to hold.  No puppy will be held without a deposit. All puppies will be delivered by the age of 8 weeks. Be sure you are ready for your new puppy at that time.  If you decide not to purchase a puppy, the deposit will be forfeited and the puppy will be put up for adoption for another family.

All puppies must be delivered or picked up by 8 weeks or a $50.00 a week boarding and training fee applies. Training consists of starting the puppy learning their new name, walking on a leash, starting easy commands such as "sit" and "come". .

PICKUP

The animal must be picked up within 7 days of notification that the animal is ready. You'll know well in advance when to expect it. High Lonesome Ranch  cannot hold your purchased animal because you need a vacation, have family problems or can't come for 4 weeks because you have other things to do. Your animal needs attention. High Lonesome Ranch already started it on the bottle, which sometimes isn't easy to do. It's now ready for a new home...7 days after you've been notified; a $50.00 per week charge will apply for upkeep of your animal. If you can't pickup within 7 days print out the sales agreement, sign it and send someone that you trust in your place. High Lonesome Ranch  will issue a receipt in your name, you'll avoid the surcharge. Have a backup plan. Be prepared for your new arrival before it arrives.

Health  Warranty

High Lonesome Ranch extends the following warranties to the buyer named on the sales agreement papers. The Limited Warranty covers your puppy only. We are not responsible for any associated charges such as veterinarian fees. To qualify for this limited warranty you must have your puppy examined within 2 days of purchase/delivery.

This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale. The buyer has a 48 hour guarantee in which he/she is urged to have the puppy checked by a licensed vet. If the vet finds anything seriously wrong (any congenital defects with heart, lung, kidney and any other life-threatening genetic defects found in the initial exam)  with the pup it will be exchanged for a similar pup at once or as soon as one is available. (PROVIDING THAT A LETTER FROM THE EXAMINING VET STATING HEALTH RISK TO INCLUDE DESCRIPTION OF THE SYMPTOMS, SUPPORTING HIS/HER OPINION TO VALIDATE THE GUARANTEE AND THE PUP IS RETURNED WITHIN THE 48 HOUR TIME PERIOD). If buyer does not live locally, he/she is to notify seller within a 48 hour time period to make arrangements for the return of the puppy.  Once the puppy has cleared the initial vet exam it will be understood that seller has provided a healthy pup and that the care of the pup is now in the hands of the buyer. All Transporting/Shipping  is the responsibility of the buyer. No exchange will be made after the 48 hour time period and no vet bills will be refunded.

Our policy is that we do NOT pay vet bills!  We will gladly replace the pup ... when the pup is returned.    Our pups are not temporary playthings  if you intend to only keep a pup for a short while then please go to another breeder.

If pup is found to be sick or unfit for sale, High Lonesome Ranch must be mailed the vets statement THAT day!  NO LATER! High Lonesome Ranch will gladly give you a replacement pup....we DO NOT EVER  give cash refunds.  So understand this BEFORE  you purchase a pup.
